The Caspian Journal of Intelligent and Mechatronic Systems (CJIAMS) accepts only original manuscripts that present novel scientific findings and make a significant contribution to the fields of intelligent systems, robotics, automation, and mechatronic engineering. All submitted manuscripts are subject to a rigorous and impartial peer-review process to ensure academic integrity, technical quality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
Upon submission, each manuscript is preliminarily screened by the Editorial Board to verify its alignment with the aims and scope of the journal, as well as its adherence to ethical and scientific standards. Manuscripts passing the initial screening are then assigned to two independent expert reviewers in the relevant field.
If both reviewers recommend acceptance, the paper will be placed in the publication queue.
If one reviewer recommends acceptance and the other recommends rejection, a third reviewer will be invited, and the majority opinion will determine the final recommendation.
The Editor-in-Chief, in consultation with the Editorial Board, makes the final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of all manuscripts. The editorial team reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet the journal’s scientific standards or that demonstrate inadequate peer-review quality.
All review processes are conducted confidentially and objectively to ensure fairness and transparency.
